  • We want to make Pilates accessible to the newcomer and stimulating for the seasoned Pilates practitioner.

  • Every class will include the following Pilates’ principals:

    Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath work, Fluidity, Alignment, Integration, Stabilization and FUN!
  • Get to know your body a little better and try a session.
    You will feel muscles you never knew you had, develop a quality of movement to enhance everyday activities, and release endorphins to enhance your state of mind.
